Flexible Smart Duo-Polymeric Gel (3ageneration), featuring an exclusive Fluidotixo® Antifatica compound, enhanced with quartz microspheres, formulated with a low cement content (<29%), for the installation of tiles, porcelain stoneware of all types and sizes, and natural stone, both indoors and outdoors.Designed for high application safety and thanks to state-of-the-art features, the mixture is extremely creamy, fluid and thixotropic; it maintains its shape and thickness on both floors and walls with 100% wetting power, achieving a double vertical slip resistance rating of T (T) and an open time exceeding 60 minutes (E).PowerGel® develops an ultra-high-performance monolithic bond thanks to the synergy between the dual-polymer system and the quartz microspheres.The polymers work in combination to create a flexible yet strong adhesive matrix, capable of adapting to different and non-perfectly flat surfaces of the substrates. The quartz microspheres, distributed evenly throughout the mixture, act as a reinforcing agent, helping to improve internal cohesion and mechanical strength.This advanced interaction enables PowerGel® to deliver high performance even on difficult substrates or those subject to high stresses, such as overlays on old floors, underfloor heating systems, balconies, terraces, swimming pools and façades, where even extreme temperature fluctuations, humidity and mechanical stresses make adhesion conditions critical.Classified as C2TE – EN 12004
Advantages
It promotes the development of a high-performance monolithic bond zone (advanced ITZ), capable of evenly distributing mechanical stresses and delivering superior performance in highly demanding environments: freeze-thaw cycles, thermal cycles, vibrations and heavy loads.
A microcrystalline mineral structure is formed, made flexible by the polymers, enhanced by the cross-linked structure of the microspheres and improved with SurfaceLink modules that activate multiple bonds between the gel, the tile and the substrate.
